Nothing until you choose

Best Hotels Madeira sets no advertising, profiling or session cookies. The only thing we keep on your device is your answer to the consent banner — a single value in your browser’s local storage (bhm-consent) so we don’t ask again. No analytics runs until you select Accept.

Analytics, only with consent

If you accept, we load Vercel Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless service that counts page views in aggregate to show which pages help people find their stay. It uses no cookies, stores nothing that could identify you, and builds no profile across sites or sessions. If you decline, it never loads.

Partner sites set their own

When you click a property’s Booking.com button, the link routes briefly through the CJ Affiliate network (which attributes the booking to us) and then lands you on Booking.com. From that moment on, the partners’ own cookies and tracking apply — their practices are explained on their sites: Booking.com and CJ Affiliate. We do not place those cookies, and we do not receive their values.

Changing your mind

To withdraw consent, clear this site’s data in your browser (or just the bhm-consent value) and the banner returns on your next visit. We will never roll out new tracking quietly — if anything changes, this page is updated first.
